Track 01 · Foundations
Claiming & verification
From “the AI already found you” to a verified, editable storefront. This is the shortest track — most owners clear it in one sitting.
- Claim your AI-found listingThe platform has usually assembled your profile already — name, hours, photos, an About paragraph — from public sources like Google Business Profile and Apple Maps. You confirm it's yours (or flag that it isn't and add the right one). The whole claim flow is six steps and takes about five minutes.
- Pick a verification pathFour real options: Google Business Profile (instant, via your existing listing), Apple Maps Connect (about 2 minutes), business documents (usually 5–10 minutes) or phone verification (2–3 minutes). Most businesses are verified in under ten minutes, and your documents are never shared.
- Build out your storefrontIn the portal you edit the description, hours, phone and menu directly. Hours deserve the most care: the traveler app closes sales with “open now”, so a stale schedule quietly costs you every order it would have won.
- Roles and the audit logOwners and managers can edit; viewer accounts are read-only. Every sensitive action — publishing, refunds, rate changes — is written to your audit log, so there's always a record of who did what and when.
Track 02 · Growth
Offers & campaigns
The commercial engine: drafting offers with real controls, publishing through the review gate, and running the order queue without dropping one.
- Draft your first offerEvery control, spelled out: discount percentage, start and expiry times, a 5–60 mile radius, eligible traveler categories, a total redemption cap, a per-traveler limit, a minimum purchase amount, and your own legal terms. Drafts are private — travelers never see them.
- Publish through the review gatePublishing requires you to explicitly confirm you've reviewed the offer — without that confirmation, the platform refuses to publish. Only draft offers can be published, and you can retire a live offer at any time. Nothing about going live is accidental.
- Campaigns: objective in, eligibility outYou set the objective; the platform derives the eligibility rules that decide which travelers see the offer. Daily budgets run $10–200, and you pay on traveler engagement — the campaign builder on the Merchant Tools page runs the same forecast math you'll see in the portal.
- Run the order queueOrders arrive with payment authorized, nothing captured. You accept or reject; accepted orders are fulfilled at handover; refunds — full or partial — are issued from the same screen. Rejected orders carry zero commission and the traveler is never charged.
Track 03 · Mastery
Analytics & the AI assistant
Reading the numbers that matter, following the money to the payout, and putting the AI assistant to work — with you as the only publisher.
- Read the numbers that matterYour analytics view counts orders, accepted versus rejected, revenue, commission, redemptions per offer and how many offers are live. Six numbers, checked weekly, beat forty charts checked never.
- Attribution, offer by offerEvery order records which recommendation and which offer produced it, so per-offer conversion isn't an estimate — it's a ledger. Retire the underperformers, scale the winner, and know it wasn't a guess.
- Payouts and commission statementsStatements itemize earnings, tips, fees, refunds and commission line by line, per order. Standard payouts arrive next business day, free; Premium adds instant payouts at a 1.5% fee.
- The AI assistant, on a leashGive it a goal and it returns a draft — an offer, a caption, a plan — always labeled as assistant output. It never publishes anything itself: every draft goes through the same review-and-confirm gate you use. You stay the only publisher on your account.
Where the doing happens
The classroom is your dashboard.
There’s no video course and no certificate — the Academy is this syllabus plus the portal itself. Sign in, open the screen a lesson describes, and do the thing. If you get stuck, the Help Center has the answers merchants actually ask for.
